i've been living here for almost a year and i'm generally satisfied. good location, good services.

Avoid renting an apartment here unless you don't care about living conditions. Management here is terrible - they just find excuses to avoid fixing things and if they do send someone, they just pay the minimum amount to put a temporary solution. For instance, the air conditioner has been broken for years, and my parents complained every summer, but management doesn't care about fixing it properly. We found out that the only reason the air conditioner company did not fix this is because management refused to pay to replace the unit that has leaks. My parents are seniors and living in this heat is quite dangerous, but management doesn't care. My parents end up spending the day elsewhere and coming back in the evening because it is unbearably hot.
