Distributed Power installed my solar array system two years ago and I was pretty satisfied. The system works great. This spring I hired them to install a EV charger that works with my inverter to manage car charging. The initial install went well but a component was missing and that prevented me from getting the benefit from the connectivity to the inverter. I've made numerous requests over the last couple of months and had a conversation with the owner but the last steps if the install have still not been completed. In fact, I haven't even received responses to my multiple messages over the last month or so. Now I'm looking to hire a different vendor to finish the job.

Unfortunately I've joined the list of unsatisfied customers couldn't be more unhappy can't find a number that actually works for this company he belongs in the HALL OF SHAME

I met the owner of this company when he was installing solar panels on my house. I was so touched by his passion and his mission that I resigned my my job of eighteen years to help get this company off the ground.I now work with some of the hardest working young people I have ever met. They have a passion to make solar available for everyone and a mission to help the earth. I am proud to work here and as a customer first I have nothing but great things to say.This young company is doing great things already and I see even greater things in the future!

Distributed Power came recommended from a work associate. They were extremely competitive and addressed all questions we had. They started with a very typical solar system that is great if you want turn key no issues. When it became obviously we had prior in depth solar experience they were very flexible proposing more advanced ideas to address highly shaded areas in a way that kept those areas cost effective.So great for both people who need it to 'just work' as well as those with an engineering mindset. 100% would use again.

Brandon is in breach of our contract since June..!!!! Solar panels finally installed very poorly. Wires left hanging, 2 silver bolts used at top of panels, instead of black ones. Trenches left open for WAY TOO LONG, unguarded, just waiting for an accident to happen. Very, very UNPROFESSIONAL. Never returns calls, has turned our job over to a great gal Sarah, that's trying her best to help us. Absolutely....DO NOT GO W THIS LOUSY COMPANY!!!!

Joining the dissatisfied customers! I would ABSOLUTELY not suggest getting Solar Panels from this Company. 2+ years I have tried to no avail to get Brandon to have someone come to my home to check my Solar Panels. He kept looking from afar on some type of grid and said the panels are working okay. If you want good follow-up and warranty service this is not the company! You pay too much money for Solar Panels for this type of treatment and you want to know if something goes wrong, you want your company to back you up! This company will not back you up!I dont know where to go to from here for follow-up and service. Bad decision to go with this company! I Should have done more research and went with a local company. Please do your research! Got totally exhausted with trying to get Brandon to check my panels. Will go to the next step to resolve this issue!
