This place is a gem… I don’t usually write reviews, and normally when I do is because I’m pissed… BUT THIS PLACE IS EVERYTHING THAT YOU WANT AND MORE… We ate the briskets and the ribs and everything was really good. BUT THE BRISKET, omg the brisket is from another planet. It may be from heaven or something but I’ve never got a brisket like this…Thank you!

I have been following this place for a long time and finally made it to Vancouver to test it outRibs were amazing best I have had in awhile, pulled pork brisket and chicken also top notch.Huge servings of sidesLeft super full and happy I'll be back anytime I'm in Vancouver!

Legit BBQ spot. RESERVATION NEEDED. We didn't have reservations but the owner was kind enough to service us (it was perfect timing before the reserved guests).Everything is delicious. In house BBQ sauce is SO BOMB. We tried the platter so we get to try everything. This thing can make 5 men full (4 if y'all got heavy duty gut). Loved all the meat. Chicken was done really well. Sides like baked beans and mac and cheese are freshly made. For Chicken Gravy, it's a bit different than gravies I'm used to. Ask the chef owner if you want to know more about the gravy. Service was great but not the fastest (mine was over 20mins)I wasn't planned on drinking but they have quite a few options to pair with this feast.

I ordered a mac and cheese for my gf, the owner said he could combine two side mac and cheese to make one full order, sounded good to me. Was pricy at $20+ but all good - if it was good.But it wasn't. It was pasta with some grated cheese on it? So she called him to ask like hey what's up with this dish and he said she was the first person to ever complain about it in 7 or 8 years. Not according to the other reviews here ;)It's not a big deal if a dish is bad as long as the staff correct it - tell us to come back another time and you'll make it up to us or whatever. But being told this was good food when it wasn't... could probably use some front house staff if you're not solid with complaints.

We came as a group of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids) got the platter for 4 and left with some extras. The chicken wings as a side were amazing, honourable mention to the onion rings. Great selection of beers and whiskey too. Meat eaters Mecca.

Consistently great brisket, tender ribs. Great smoked chicken. I have enjoyed the burger. It is a BBQ restaurant with Veg or vegan options, as well as accommodating other dietary restrictions (gluten etc.)Extensive selection of local beers, and whiskeys & bourbon. Sip them, or enjoy one of the many specialty cocktails.Currently reservation only so your hardworking host Marc knows how much food to prepare each day.Whiskey Six supports local businesses. I encourage you to support them too.

We drop by didn’t know we had to have reservations. However, owner was really nice said he can make room for us. We got the platter, loads of food. Everything tasted great especially the brisket and the whiskey Roku. Service was outstanding too.

Nice local joint, run by owner. Food was nice, pulled pork was the best. Great selection of local beers. Only 1 server/chef gets a bit busy.
