Everything is well laid out. Staff are friendly and ask of you need help and then actually leave you alone.Good sizing and variety. They have done well with budget friendly loose Tshirts.

I Enjoyed shopping here. Price is great service us good and fast. This is a smaller store compared to the one in the malls. There are different signature shops in the plaza. It's like a small outlet store. Lots of restaurants too. And parking is not a problem. It's not too crowded when we visit.

Great store! Only come when it's on sale they have lots of sales. Otherwise, I find it a little overpriced. Wish they had more change rooms. I feel there is always a huge line when I go. Nice they have clothes for both males and females and kids as well. Always find some great stuff here!

Visited 2x in 1 week. Walked out once due to chronically understaffed cash. Prices jacked up to apply discounts. Regardless, I still buy my jeans here and will probably keep doing so. Don't ever pay full price!

I love that they always have every size in store, and they're very inclusive of size. A really great store for buying basics! Just be careful buying jeans there, especially darker wash jeans, smell them before you buy them trust me! Some of them have a strong sewage-like smell that won't come out, and it's not just the regular new-jean smell which goes away after washing. But overall it's a go-to place for clothes! You never have to worry about them not having clothes your size.

Had a young girl at check out give me a horrendous look when this loud sound kept going off. I'm looking around wondering why it kept sounding for so long and she says the sound was from me touching the counter. Why the heck didn't you say anything sooner? She assumed I knew all about the stores security system lol I laughed and said, I haven't worked in a clothing retailer to know that counters have built in motion detection. Nice clothing store, clean.Cons:As a customer of colour you are followed closely and uncomfortably disrupting your shopping experience.Check your receipt before you leave, because you may need to come back the next day for an extra charge on your bill that you do not have an item for/the item price was dropped but you paid the full price.The colourism very prevalent in London Ontario.
