Coles - Bramalea City Centre
The store closes before 7:15pm despite their own website on BCC says they close at 9pm, and Google has it for 8pm. Update these hours. Really disappointed.

They have good staff and a great selection of books. I would recommend to anyone. The only thing is I wish they had more staff in there so I could get answers and pay for my things more quickly. But I love this place anytime I come to the mall this is a place I must go to.

Customer service was great, employees made you feel welcome and were easy to talk to. Good selection of books, even though Chapters obviously is bigger. At the end, perfect place to grab a quick book to read.

Good staff and selection. Weird location being right in the back end of the food court! They don't often have what I'm looking for but can usually locate it nearby. One star missed because they close earlier than other stores which can be an inconvenience... you really should be opening and closing with the mall, regardless of whatever lease agreement you work out, but it's not a huge deal.
