The worst experience I have ever had, I had to send an important document at the earliest to India and the person in charge of courier service was very well aware how important it was, I sent it on 7th march requested him 100times the earliest delivery the person told DHL will reach on Monday and FEDx will reach by Friday evening which costed almost 30$ excess compared. Due to emergency I even accepted to pay even more and he guaranteed FEDX is also reliable and will reach by Friday. But it’s almost Tuesday but still my courier didn’t reach, when I tried reaching that person no body picked the call.
