My one to go to place for purified water.For the long time I haven't had any issues with pure water.The staff is good, gave them a call that I will be a few minutes late and they waited for me.The customer service is great.It's easier to find parking as well and usually there is no line up which is great.I didn't take any pictures cause I was in a hurry, maybe next time

The delivery driver unloaded water bottles recklessly and hit my car this afternoon. He's rude and didn't even feel sorry about that. The employee there needs to be trained more in the manners.

I work at storage place and car wash and we order through the Pure Water Shoppe. We were previously with a different company who could never deliver on time or even forget our days at times. (Even worse in the summertime, it was terrible!) Rick and his team have been great bringing water to us here in Coquitlam. Communication and customer service are amazing, by far the best service and water!!

I have been drinking this brand of bottled water at work for many years. Since I need to have a water cooler and bottled water for my home now, I did not hesitate and bought from them. My workplace had already been using their product for 10 years and never had a single problem. When I placed the order in the morning, Victor delivered the water cooler and bottled water that evening, Excellent service and very punctual. Definitely recommend this company’s product to everyone.
