Jacuzzi Hot Tubs and Backyard Living of Surrey

I had been talking to Juliana at Jacuzzi for the last few weeks to find the perfect hot tub for my space and situation. She is extremely knowledgable and patient, and went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. She wasn't scheduled to work at Art Knapp South Surrey ( she was in Langley ) however because it was the only day I could meet she was kind enough to meet me at this location. She made the process simple and enjoyable. We ended up going back to the Langley location where I found the one! Juliana walked me through all I needed to know about maintenance, electricity costs, setup process and all the details I needed to know as a first time hot tub owner. She answered all my questions quickly and honestly, and didnt try to sell me on something more than I needed. She was honest and clear about all the costs and helped me find an amazing hot tub in my budget with all the bells and whistles. I would highly recommend Juliana to anyone looking for a great product within their budget.I havent received the hot tub yet so no comment on the actual product for now, but the service was great!

We are so pleased with the excellent service we received when we purchased a hot tub from Backyard Living of Langley West. Grant Kang, our sales rep went above and beyond to explain the pros and cons of each hot tub, without any pressure whatsoever, which allowed us to make an informed decision on what hot tub best suited our needs. We ended up purchasing model J345 and did so after many questions and honest answers. We left feeling very happy with the price and the product we chose!

I was very impressed with not only the knowledge they have but also the patience to go over every detail. If your looking for tub and want support after your purchase this is the only place to go.

Braden was amazing. Answered all my questions. It took us a but to decide if we were going to purchase a tub. There was no pressure. A couple follow up phone calls and we pulled the plug. Happy with the service and the tub will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a tub.

Wow, is all we can say. Grant Kang at Jacuzzi Hot Tubs and Backyard Living of Langley West replied to our email almost immediately. He put us through a steep learning curve, after a number of emails and phone calls over 2 days we made a down payment on the J-365. Grant was insistent we visit him in their showroom to complete the transaction. We made the 2 hour journey the next morning (wishing we didn't have to). Grant spent several hours with us going over everything to do with our spa and ensured we made the right choice for all the details that needed to be addressed. He and his team tested our water sample we brought with us- again, at his insistence. He then literally gave us a custom course on water care and management for our spa in our area. WOW - again. when things were all finalized and we were ready to leave he reminded us we had a free gift coming with our purchase, well , the gift turned out to be a thousand dollar hot tub parasol and was exactly what we needed for our spa. And to finish it all off, we are looking forward to delivery and installation in the next few days. Thanks again so much Grant for all the help and guidance you and your team provided to ensure we ended up with the perfect spa for us.

After a ton of research and visiting multiple different hot tub stores around the area my wife and I were exhausted. We visited the place across the street and left feeling like we had just been at a used car dealership… pushy sales and clearly more concerned with their bottom line then the customers needs. However, Jacuzzi was the complete opposite. Big shout out to Grant!!! He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and never tried to push the higher priced products. He listened to our individual needs and concerns, and matched us with the best product based off our budget. We never felt rushed or pressured into buying and did not feel guilty when we left the store after our first visit without buying. This customer service is what ultimately led us to choosing Jacuzzi over any other store in the area. I spent 1 on 1 time with Grant learning all about the maintenance and care for the hot tub. He answered all my questions during the session and made understanding everything easy. As a first time owner this made me feel a lot less overwhelmed. I was never up sold on extra bells and whistle and never felt like the session was about anything other then my own learning and benefit. I left feeling confident I could maintain my new hot tub and welcomed to return or call anytime I had questions. Grant it was a pleasure meeting you, thanks for making this entire process seem effortless. Oh and thanks for the great cup of coffee!! :)

Hands down the best purchase I’ve made - I use my hot tub almost every day... all year round. So relaxing. Love the staff too - very helpful & friendly.

I recently purchased a hot tub from Jacuzzi and was helped by Grant Kang. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and assisted me in choosing the right hot tub for our family. I just went out to the Art Knapp location for a hot tub school lesson from Grant.
