Being from out of town, we had limited time to visit the region. Therefore, to maximize our time, David did a lot of research on zoning and municipal regulations for us before we arrived in the region. David proactively contacted the municipality, various building departments and conservation authorities on our behalf. With all the ground already done for us, when we arrived in the region we wasted no time sorting-out building codes and regulations instead, David immediately took us to visit lots he had already vetted.David always made his resources/networks in the area available to us and his legal education background also proved very useful as he was able to explain numerous nuanced regulations drawing our attention to key details. During negotiations with the seller, David played a key role in providing necessary information required to make an informed decision. David provided his advice but in the end, he always respect our decision.Throughout the process, and even after we purchased a property, David remained available and very responsive to our phone calls and e-mails. He went above and beyond to provide us with the best possible service. To this day, we are very happy with our purchase and David’s work and support. We would definitely call on David again for any future real estate needs.

Just tied up a house in Niagara on the Lake with Dave acting as our agent. He is very deserving of a 5 star review. Our scheduling wasn't easy because we were coming from out of town each time and could only do evenings or weekends. Dave accommodated our availability on several occasions. We toured tens of homes, put offers on three, and he never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. He is patient, super-professional and has impressive knowledge of the market in the Niagara Region and of homes themselves (construction, materials, layout pros/cons, etc.).
