Canadoor Garage Doors
I recently had excellent service from Canadoor and their service person Jed.Canadoor communicated with me for time & date to make an appointment then called me to confirm the day before and also notified me the day Jed was coming. Jed did a complete assessment of my garage door and gave me several options to choose from to fix the problem and also mentioned some preventative maintenance.Just overall great service. I would highly recommend Canadoor.

Exceptional customer service from the time of my initial call to inquire about a quote with Bonnie right through to the technicians Terry and Derek attending my house. All were very personable, knowledgeable and professional and took the time to explain the process and my options. I was particularly impressed with the text message that I received prior to my appointment time which provided the name of my technician and a photo so that I was fully aware of who would be attending my house. Nice personal touch!

Well where do I start. Sara the sales rep who help me with what door I wanted. Mark who came over to do all the measurements and let me know what I needed to do before the install and Aidan and his assistant who did the installation and clean up. Great job by all the Canadoor team I would recommend them highly.

Canadoor Garage Doors
I had builder grade garage doors replaced. The replacement is very quiet opening and closing, as well being insulated doors there is no longer a rattle from the wind. They look phenomenal and installation was fast and professional. I would highly recommend Canadoor to anyone.

Terry & Derrick came to us for a garage door quote recently, and we had a great experience with them! We didn't really know what to expect, but they were great giving us multiple options to choose from, within a healthy range of price points as well. Overall, we're very knowledgeable & helpful in getting us something we needed without pressuring us into anything that we didn't, which we always appreciate!We're excited to see our new garage door soon!

Jed is extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. Jed and Derek came to my door, super professional and incredibly helpful. They listened to me about what the issue was, didn't rush me through my explanation and then they made me feel like this was something that was an easy fix. Jed assessed everything once we were able to get my door open and provided me options. I was told they would be here between 2:30-3:30. They were here earlier, and in the time I should of been waiting for arrival, my door got fixed. Unheard of!!!!I am so thankful and would recommend Jed, Derek and this company over and over and over again! Thank you so much!

We are extremely satisfied with the entire process to get a new garage door. Right from the technician who quoted to the helpful office representatives and the installation technician. All were knowledgeable, friendly and polite. We appreciated their upfront approach and that there were no hidden fees or additional costs. Worth every penny!
