Modaa Home and Design
This company our carpet flooring to hardwood throughout our entire home. They also did all of our painting and also redid the tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. They did a very thorough job. After the job was done, one of the tiles in the bathroom was not stable. As soon as we told Kathy about this, she was very accommodating and made sure to send somebody to fix the problem right away. We are very happy with the work ethic and will get more work done with them in the future.

Modaa Home and Design
Very happy with their work. I had my basement renovation with them and the work was impressive. They worked very hard to make us happy. Kathy was always available to answer my questions and always reassured. I definitely recommend their work.
