Service ultra lent. Souvent il n'y a qu'une personne pour servir les clients. Donc, s'il y a quelqu’un devant vous qui s’achète un nouveau téléphone, vous patienterez jusqu’à ce qu'il ait fait son choix , que son téléphone soit activé, etc...Enfin, quand c'est votre tour, le service est froid...et si vous avez quelquechose à retourner, oubliez ça, ils ne reprennent rien. Ils ont leur propre politique.

Si vous souhaitez faire réparer votre telephone, il s'agit d'un sous-traitant. Votre téléphone sera peut-être réparé, mais pas sur place. Ni en quelques jours. Comptez une semaine qu'on m'a dit. Pour le reste, à vous de voir. OK, bye.

I had a great experience at this Telus store. Great customer service, took the time to explain everything in full detail and answered all my questions. Knowledgeable staff. They installed my tempered glass screen protector and even when it didn’t work out the first time they changed it for me and did an amazing job finally!

As a Koodo client I'd much rather go here, the service is pleasant, & informative, as opposed to the Koodo booth in Fairview mall.
