Movable Glass Walls Inc.

We contracted services from Luxal Canada, specifically Moveable Glass Walls Inc, in the summer of 2018, in which was performed by Mr. Tom McGhee. Since the installation in 2018, we have had several issues with the door, that unfortunately required Mr. McGhee to return and help in trying to remediate the issues.Our numerous attempts to have Mr. McGhee to honor his work and send someone to address these issues have failed. He not only doesn’t show up, he is rude and abrasive. His claims of excellence are entirely false and misleading and I feel this reflects on the Luxal brand as well. I have been extremely patient and unless I receive a specific date, by July 15, 2022 to rectify this situation, I have no choice but to take the following action.All we ask is for another representative/contractor of Luxal Canada to provide any contact or solution to the problem we have now endured for the last year. As I have expressed my concern several times and provided ample time and attempts to rectify my problem, we are providing the public with an actual review of this company and warn other before hiring Tom McGhee of Movable Glass Walls Inc.

Purchased a bi-fold door with Luxal Moveable Glass Walls and the sale rep was Tom McGee and was very responsive before the purchase was done. Quality of the door was good so far and recommended them to my neighbour too and he got it installed it. But after installation was done and transaction was completed called for a service and never picked up the call and the number times he did pick up he said the service people will come but they never show up or follow up with you. Me and my neighbour both need final installation service and adjustment done because he said to call them after we moved into the house and still no response from them whatsoever. If your ever going to purchase with them don't pay in full till the door is in perfect condition and job is 100% done and don't expect to have your doors fixed if you have a problem anytime soon.
