I had the pleasure of coordinating an African wedding reception at Roma on Mai 19th. I would most definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host an event. The spaces were clean (elevator, bathrooms, bridal party lounge room...); The food was good; and best of all, the staffs were amazing - friendly and professional. I have to specifically recognize Corina, the head of food services- She was of great help to me, friendly, down-to-earth, yet very professional and organized. Again, I would recommend Roma Receptions.

Could be improved.Went for the wedding of my brother.The good points. Nice, friendly and polite staff. The meals were delicious. Room size and setup were nice. Elevator available.The things that could be improved / bad points. Chaotic on arrival, with no clear indication where is the room for that wedding reception (3 others were happening that night). No indication of were was the location of the lounge for the bridal party. The lounge gets crowded quickly and air con could not cope well with it (it was really hot in there). The lounge snacks were average, and one was chicken wings full of red sticky sauce; delicious but horrible for a bridal party as bride and bridesmaids could stain their dresses instantly. Not having toilets on the same floor of the reception room; we had to go back to the ground floor via the grand staircase (or elevator). Lots of noises from other receptions that are nearby. People from other room / non-guests going to our open bar. During our speeches, we could hear the music of other rooms.

The place was beautifully set up, absolutely enjoyed it. The ceremony host was really nice, and did an amazing job. The catering took a while our dinner started at 8:30pm Instead of 7pm. The bartenders are awesome well deserved tips. The middle of the dance floor was beautiful with the slide show on the floor.

First time visitor who was there for a friend's wedding reception.The wait staff and the food is really good. They try to accommodate and are friendly. However, there seems to be a lack of general cleanliness in the common areas. There's only one bathroom area that is shared by all the weddings which are located on the main floor. Sticky floors, toilet paper not stocked in the side contraption and is instead sitting on the toilet's tank. For a venue that caters to weddings meaning women wearing long dresses, dirty floors are not ideal. I can't imagine how the brides do it.At the table, my glass had lipstick stains on it and nobody had used the glass as the doors had just opened. I noticed that other segments of dishware were also not cleaned properly. The staff exchanged it for me without a fuss but it still turned me off and I was hyper aware of every single dish/utensil that was given to me. The trust was gone and I was examining my plates and glasses instead of just enjoying my time.All in all, nice spot especially the reception halls/food quality but needs to work on cleanliness and more bathroom accommodations and/or bathroom renovations.

I only give 1 star because i cannot give zero. This place has the worst management and the worst service ever. Maria and the 2 Tonys are rude and don't stand by their words. When you deal with one of them, the 2 others contradict and then the initial bluntly lie to your face saying they never said that. They are not flexible at all with the services they offer. A wedding day is suppose to be one of the most beautiful days in one's life. But this team work extra hard to make your day miserable. Plus the price they charge is not cheap at all. I would strongly suggest anyone who wants to have their special event there, don't let the decor (which is falling apart by the way and the carpets are so dirty that the motifs are disappearing) fool you. IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

We had our wedding here and the Tony's were a delight to work with. The menu testing was a delightful experience, as was getting all the details outlined.They cater to having the actual wedding ceremony take place in the hall, as well as any allergies guests may have. One of mine has a sever shrimp allergy and had her crabcake + shrimp taken back and was given arrancini instead. All of the food tastes amazing. The braised beef doesn't require a knife and simply tears apart with a fork.The bar looks dope and the bartenders can provide shots of sprite / 7-up if you have a child that wants to take shooters with you.With the Royal hall, you get a dance floor that's also a screen which compliments the ambient lighting very nicely.If we had to do it all over again, we'd go with Roma 10 times out of 10. Lovely halls, great staff, very fair pricing. I strongly recommend this location.

Nice place for weddings. There's 3 at the same time usually. Every one of them is spacious and well decorated.
