The employee called Deb is the most awful person to deal with. She is never nice and is absolutely horrible. She gives you sooo much attitude and always as soon as I step in she give me a disgusting look. She is racist and would never welcome colored people. Everything I go to purchase in such a gross tune she would go like “phone mumber” and I just need to ask a question not here to buy anything. I wont ever go here again and would not recommend. The place it self has huge selection of things for pets but this woman will ruin the experience. I went the other day to return my cat litter because it wasnt her liking, I just smiling tellinng her I am not able to find a good litter it seems like and she gives me this gross look and goes like “ooook” and whenever I ask for help she will never help. Please avoid this place this woman will ruin your day.

Not a good experience for grooming my dog. Sarah did not do a good job in shaving my dog. Took off all the hair on his chest and cut him while shaving. Horrible job on his tail and patchy on his body. Paying $130 for that wasn’t nice. He came out traumatized and honestly I have never had a PetSmart encounter like that before. I won’t be going back to that one.

Amazing staff! I usually shop local but my local pet store was closed when I got off work. I got lost trying to get to this petsmart location and showed up 5min before closing. They welcomed me in and let me grab hamster bedding all while remaining friendly and open! 10/10 would shop at this location.Thanks!

Usually we take our dog to the east side PetSmart in Regina for grooming but couldn’t get in so we went to the one on Gordon Road. Big mistake! Terrible cut, didn’t finish on the top of the head or the ears and when we went to pick him up the groomers argued over who should go get our dog! Would not recommend. The groomers at the PetSmart in the east side have groomed him since a puppy and they always do a great job and love him! Go there instead. Definitely will not be going back to the groomers at PetSmart on Gordon Road.

This place is a hit and miss. Sometimes they are good and sometimes they are bad. Last time, I went to the cashier and said I needed help, and she said she would send someone over. I waited for a while, and nobody showed up, so I loaded the big box on my own.

Fine in person but one of the worse web sites with the most amount of glitches, especially when it comes to ordering online. It's extremely frustrating and seems to be designed so that ever time you order there is a new issue and headache. Like it's designed to screw itself up.

I always get my dog groomed here. The ladies in the grooming centre are friendly and remember my little buddy every time. They're usually telling me stories about how he was during his visit, and they're great at addressing concerns/questions. The store itself usually has everything I'm looking for in stock and the staff are helpful and friendly when I need a hand. Years of grooming and nail clipping and I'm still happy to bring him in the next time.

I'm glad that we tried the south store. The staff is great and very friendly. Groomer is just inside the door. Very handy. I was there mid afternoon. There was 3 staff in the grooming area, one on the till, and a few staff at work. They were quite busy, but no crowd at the till.

I recently dropped off my 6 month old puppy for her first groom with Gabby. So impressed, my puppy looks great, and came out happy. I will definitely be going back.
