I have consistently received very good service at John's Marina. Friendly and knowledgeable personnel. I have been a customer for years.

Extremely unprofessional sales man (old man, Grey hair) at the Ottawa boat show. I was asking a couple of questions and he told me that he wasn’t sure where the conversation was going and ask me to leave as I was wasting his time. I had genuine questions about the boat. Won’t be buying a boat from him or the marina. Extremely rude! February 25th @11am.

I purchased my first used boat from John's Marina in October. Had a very good experice here from start to finish. I was underprepared for my first purchase and consequently had some concerns and second guesses after signing the deal. Keith was very professional, patient and kind during the whole process. I was not the easiest customer to deal with, but he handled it like a true professional. When I picked up the boat, they walked me through everything and demonstrated that all was working as it should. I had the boat inspected by a third party to confirm everything was as it was promised. There were no issues with the boat, we ran it all weekend with no problems.I had an excellent experience with John's Marina. Would recommend.

Amazing sales, ongoing servicing, and customer support. Bought our first boat from them in 2016 and then upgraded with a trade-in in 2022. We get service, storage, and now have a slip in the Mississippi with Johns. Keith on sales, Ron on service and the rest of the staff are all friendly, easy to work with, informative and approachable. Recently, they ensured we got our boat in time for an early spring launch for a work project, which was a great help. Then, when we had surprise technical difficulties with the family ready for an afternoon on the water, after store hours, they stayed to resolve the issue. Highly recommend!

Purchased our first pontoon boat that we absolutely love!! Excellent service and super friendly!!

Bought a pontoon in Feb,2020 and was dealing with Keith. I highly recommend them to everyone. Keith has been so nice to us, very professional and caring.

Impossible to get a reply on the pricing for their boats for sale. Phone, email and Kijiji all unanswered. If you will not reply to your ads at least post your prices. Come on it's 2020... Be better.
