I have never had such unprofessional help in my life! Very disorganised, uncommunicative, no help whatsoeverare, we are on our 3rd or is it now 4th worker for my 94 year old mother since Jan 2022 and was told at anytime if the changes I found out by calling and leaving messages. Extra help was to be implemented in Jan nope 3 calls later now February, I find out we have a new worker. Then again in March, as my mom was taken to hospital and I called. So many issues, and please do not say its due to COVID. One upset daughter who is not impressed with the level of help in fact no.help at all!

I love the concept yet the care is all over the place. I found nurses were simply winging it without even looking at my chart. It’s not an individualize plan but just a slap a gauze bandage on and move on to the next one. Very disappointing.

I have been spoken to (screamed at) in ways no human being should ever be spoken to by care coordinators while working as a RPN in the community nursing sector. I have always been polite and respectful to CCAC staff and if course my clients. The verbal abuse would start usually when advocating for my clients but also happened with no justification. This is unacceptable and not how anyone deserves to be treated. I gave up my nursing career and this was a significant reason why.

I had very tough problems with my toes and wounds that took over a year for me to walk better. I came from the GTA and the hospitals were always busy with many sick people so I was referred here. After two months of coming, I am so much healthier. I get different care from people who take only ten minutes or so to clean my problem for me and tell me how it is making progress. I am lucky to have these kinds of nursing care to help me out. Thank you everyone.

I take my husband there every three days for wound care, all RN’s are very professional and caring, service is fast and always on time. We have been going now for three months. Thanks to all at this location for a job well done. We are so glad to have this service available to us.

Greeted this morning by a very friendly person at reception who was also very helpful. After checking in, saw a nurse almost right away. The nurse was fantastic and informative. I wish she was my doctor! Thank you again for making a tough time easier.

If I could give less I would. After going in to get an IV line restarted, I was sent to urgent care after they tried unsuccessfully three times. At urgent care I tried to reprise my pump but needed a code. Called to get code, and they expected me to drive back another 20 minutes to get it primed. I told them no, and was told I need to call the pharmacy. Except they have no contact info for the pharmacy. This place is GARBAGE!

Hate the Health Care system in Hamilton. Period.Bunch of overworked staff with no compassion for patients. Just there to collect the paycheck! No professionalism, work ethics. Just pointing the fingets at each other as why the patients aren't getting the care! Litterally saying Government!!I rather keep my taxes and have private healthcate vs this Health with No Care through OHIP!!!

0 common sense among few female nurses there, rude and arrogant. Leave your personal issues at home and be professional at your job. I can sense a very bad work environment among workers there and it shows among your customers.
