After visiting another local bike dealer, I decided to see what inventory Fast Track had. Excellent experience from beginning to end. I came in looking at a few used bikes but ended up leaving with new. Service was FANTASTIC, they even had my bike delivered and on the road in under 3 hours notice. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Don't waste your time going anywhere else for your new toy. Highly recommended.

Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! What a great group of people who work at Fast Track. They are always very friendly and welcoming when entering the shop. They are great at having parts in stock, and at fair prices. The staff really care about their customers and the experience they have when doing business with them. No matter if you there to purchase a new machine, or have questions about your current model they are always willing to help! I would recommend fast track to anyone, anytime!

I called Fast Track last week to ask some questions about Polaris products. I was given Fast Track’s number from another shop that didn’t deal in Polaris. After speaking with a miserable guy that I found out later was their service manager, I was transferred over to their parts department and spoke with Ronda. She was able to answer my questions and point me in right direction. Thanks Ronda!!

I took a friends Polaris in for pre season and was told it’s going to cost a lot to fix so we decided to pick it up and evaluate it got a bill but didn’t show what they did or not do and no list on what they found when asked they couldn’t tell me really anything very unprofessional and still don’t know what they found or really did.

I’ve had so many motorcycles over the 30 years of my riding and always relied on dealerships to service them as they are supposed to have knowledge of there brand of bike. This dealership doesn’t have a clue on how to deal with a customer or Kawasaki bikes. They took 5 hours to clean 2 carburetors and almost a half an hour to remove 2 spark plugs. If you call any bike shop they will tell you that is a rip-off ! The owner Charlie is aware of this and is willing to do nothing about it or I wouldn’t have written this review warning everyone to stay away from this shop . My bike now is not running now and it was running well when I took it in to Fast Track.

I had a very good experience at FTP this week. I had emailed about a half dozen dealers to determine which of them would be interested in a trade-in of my 1700 Voyager for a new 900 Classic LT. After supplying a couple of pictures, Charlie gave me an idea of what my transaction might cost. So we met the foĺlowing day and after the evaluation was completed we discussed the final deal. I never felt any pressure or that I might not be getting a fair deal. It seemed to me that these folks treat their customers very respectfully. Since I had traveĺled 1.5 hours, I wanted to complete the deal the same day so that I would not have to return to pickup my new bike. Charlie suggested that if I wanted to do some touring for 2 - 3 hours they would have my new ride ready for me later that same afternoon. This was much better than having to return in a couple of days, especially since the forecast was calling for rain. I really felt that Charlie and his team ďid a great job to accommodate me and I appreciate it!

I’ll start with the person named Al in parts. The new ownership needs to replace his. His customer service is poor, very slow at getting things done, doesn’t call people back and much more. This review is based on multiple years dealing with him and other. Before I used to deal with Charlie and Jackie. Since nee ownership im not sure who the reach out too. At this point I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I got a way better deal on my new bike and the trade in of my old bike here than at the other dealer I usually go to in town. I found the sales people very helpful and courteous and the mechanic getting my new bike ready to be extremely helpful as well. didn't bat an eye when i asked him to switch over my battery tender or the lifting lugs from the old bike when i was picking up my new bike.I have nothing but good things to say about Lorne and Charlie. Keep up the good work guys.

Traded in for a used motorcycle. Excellent trade value, actually $500 more than I asked for!!! Never seen that done before. Also bike I purchased was very good price compared to the private market! Excellent service and friendly people. Completely trust them. Drive over an hour to get there but well worth it for me. Recommended to all my friends.
