Not setup tht good to complainted to find things your lookin for or it take 5 works to find it by tht time I'm ready heading out to check out. I got things to do other then stand around and have your all your employees give you Dirty looks like I'll shop at a different store. Not sure why you got people washing floors dring hours of operation don't think people are eating off the floors and he's always in the way everytime im in a wheelchair.

Go to Princess auto, cause its just better. At least they give you your money back if something doesn't work as it should, or says on the box. Now stuck with a instore credit. Product was a car charger/booster 80amp. Booster never did nothing, junk.

New store is awesome! Went in to get some tires swapped for summer and Kerri was super helpful. Showed me how to use the tire swap promo to save $ and helped unload my tires.

Big store.. Getting tires change was at the parts side. Annoying just to go use bathrm. Had to get buzzed in by cashier.. I was so mad never again. They took their time putting on 4tires almost 2hrs... Annoying layout in store be prepared for long walks.

The new store in Lloydminster is nice with a couple of flaws.The foyer that leads to the parking lot, you should get rid of the directional doors. You have the in" door facing 30% of the parking lot and 100% the opposite side of people walking to your location. There is no need for these doors to be directional at all. Flow would not change because that is taken care of inside. I would think you would want your customers to get inside quickly to start getting comfortable and ready to shop. But you have it set up so your customers have to walk extra to get in and warm.I tried the suggestion below which was a pass the buck solution. Sherri on the other end just wanted to finish the conversation and pass the buck to the store manger. She was not able to put in contact with directly

Had a failed car battery 14 days past warranty and they wouldn't do anything for me. No discount on a replacement, nothing! This was a replacement for a previously failed battery I got in February and stayed in my house until mid May before I charged it and put it in the vehicle!! I'm 50 minutes out of town and was waiting to need something else before going into Lloyd. Never going back for anything else to this store!

I have been in the new store three times now. All I can say is wow it’s a huge store I have yet to walk it all. Some tools are now behind glass. Need staff to open case. Sometimes it takes a bit to find a staff to help and a key holder to unlock. I like the flyer and the sales. Most of The items have been available for purchase. Will return again.

HUGE store which is nice to have a variety of inventory compared to the small one close to my home town. Nice and clean, prices marked clearly. Had good service to help locate an item as well.
