I ordered new glasses and when they arrived I could still see better with my old glasses. I was told to try for the weekend which I did. There was a pulling sensation and distorted vision. They tried again and again I had better vision with my old glasses. I again tried to wear them as requested but I really need to see and it was a strain. When I returned them the girl barely said two words to me, did not try to find a solution. Not very impressed. I wonder if they’ve changed where they get lenses made as the quality was not equal to the ones I’ve purchased here before. I’ve always liked Dr. Denbak and have never had a problem before this. But the girl clearly did not want to be bothered.

My immediate family sees Dr. DenBak. Very happy with the services here.

I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Dr. Kelly Walker. She was phenomenal from doing a thorough exam, to asking permission before touching my face, and helping me with the questions I've had regarding laser surgery.

Lovely office. It was very easy and convenient to book online. Dr Denbak and his team were all very kind. Definitely recommend.

A few years ago I started coming to this office for my regular eye care. The staff are super friendly. The visits are quick and you are attended to promptly. The office appears to have invested in the latest technology but only suggests what you need and Dr DenBak explains things carefully. There is a nice selection of frames but not too many to be overwhelming.

I first went here in around Feb 2019 my first time here. Everyone is so welcoming. My Dr they put me with was Dr. Choksi he was amazing and very thorough. I ordered me glasses from there as well and very happy with them. The best part is that just yesterday my dog got a hold of one pair of my glasses and ate them. I took them in and they looked and because they are under a 1 year warranty not only are they replacing the lenses but the frame as well. I feel so lucky and blessed. I will never go anywhere again Thank you so much

I have tried for 8 months to get in to see the Drs here. I heard they were great. If I could give no stars I would. The front staff is not helpful even though you have insurance. They refuse to use insurances they don’t already have accounts with. They are rude and condescending. Advised me to come back when I have an insurance they have set up. Then called to charge me a no show fee when they refused to see me. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
