Dr. Lily Cha & Dr. Patrick Liao

I'm not sure if the receptionists at the new location are the same as from the old Wilson site, but my last interaction with them at the Finch site went smoothly. Dr. Cha is amazing. I've had two horrific gynecologists over the years before meeting Cha, and she's an absolute star. During appointments she is frequently asking me if I have any questions, and if I'm comfortable with moving forward (I had a couple procedures done through her). She's always listening and ensuring that I fully understand what's going on and what to look forward to. I've never felt rushed or unimportant like some are alluding to in their reviews.

I happened to search Dr. Cha new office and couldn't help but notice the negative reviews! Let me be the first to say that both my daughters were born under Dr. Cha's professional medical care. They are now 13 and 10. I still go to her for my regular check ups. She's a highly skilled doctor.As far as reception goes, patients are responsible to write down and remember their appointments rather than expect reception to do it for them.

Dr. Lily Cha's new office is located at 1275 Finch Ave W, Suite 103, a short walking distance to Finch West Station which makes it very convenient by public transit. Her office is sparkling new, with many exam rooms. The waiting area has around 5 seats. But you can also wait outside in the hall and there are benches to sit on. The secretary was very nice, friendly to everyone and very efficient. She would step outside to the hall to call out patient when it's their turn if they were not waiting inside. I had an appointment for a pap test at 11:00 and was done, out of the door by 11:40. Waiting time was 10 minutes before I got called in. Dr. Lily Cha was very polite, warm and caring. She took time and didn't rush. Overall, it is a very positive experience.

Dr. Cha has always been a caring, empathetic, and patient human being who offers counseling and support to her patients. I am honored to be one such patient. She did my hysterectomy a few years ago and she followed up with me and made me felt comfortable. Bless your heart Dr Lily Cha.

Met Dr Liao for the firsttime today. I can say that he was one of the nicest people i have ever met. Not only was he specific of what he was doing but he was also assuring that all would be okay.I loved his sense of humour and it really helped in making the appointment less awkward!The recepetion was amazing!Under the busy schedule she had she was very polite and professional.It was a pleasure to meet them both today!

This was by far my worst experience with a health professional to date. Dr. Cha spent a total of 6 minutes (I timed it) with me. Did not take the time to listen to my concerns or problems and gave me no actual guidance for a care plan. She was extremely rushed and inconsiderate of my pain levels during my exam and ended up missing diagnosing my condition, later caught by another OB/GYN. Would recommend waiting longer to see someone better if you have the option.

The service was professional and the doctor was gentle and respectful and told me what to expect. I only had problem with the paid parking machine that wouldn't accept any of my cards, until another patient paid from his card and I refunded him.

Atmosphere: It’s a great office but the waiting room is super small. It can only accommodate a maximum of 4 patients. Outside the office, which is still inside the 1275 building, has a seating area should you not be able to sit inside.Staff and Service: The receptionist is welcoming and Dr. Lily Cha is very pleasant and versed in her job per my mom. She is super efficient as she gets her reports out to the patient’s requesting physician in a very fast time.Appointments take a while to get so get your referral sent early. I’ve had great communication with Kim, who always responds to my emails especially when the in-office staff is too busy to take calls. I highly recommend Dr. Cha.

I had a referral to Sunnybrook for a consult and they did not even bother to call to give me an appointment. After waiting for over tow month for that privilege
