I was referred to wet basement solutions by a friend of ours for issues we were dealing with at our family’s rental property. From the very start, this team was professional, knowledgeable and were always in touch. From the gentlemen Doug whom I met to inspect and quote, to their owner Nik who was there for any question we had at literally any time of day and their foreman Steve and the whole team on site - this team was on the ball. You could tell they’ve done this countless times. The work they did was great and they cleaned up after themselves! I’ve already recommended them to 2 neighbours

I was very impressed with the whole process and team of wet basement solutions. The communication was fast and I got responses almost immediately! The team was flexible with meeting my schedule and availability. The team ensured that the dust was kept out of the rest of the house. I was updated throughout the processes and notified of any changes that occurred. The crew cleaned everything when they were finished. I would recommend this company to everybody!

They came to quote my property within a couple days and they were incredibly knowledgeable, then they quoted quickly. They were much better priced than the other companies I got quotes from and seemed to care about our project more than the others. The job was 3 days and their team was friendly and respectful and cleaned up after themselves! From the start Wet Basement Solutions was amazing. The owner, Nik, responded to my first email within a couple of minutes; at 1030 at night! Our experience was amazing from start to finish! Excellent customer service, responsive, thoroughly explained what was causing our water issue, and answered our many questions. We had several companies come out, including one provided by our insurance, and they gave us wildly different diagnosis and quoted costs. Wet basement accurately found our hydrostatic pressure problem, thoroughly investigated the areas for remediation, showed up on time, did excellent work and cleaned up afterwards. They have gone ABOVE and BEYOND in helping us with our insurance claim. Big shout out to Nik who was wonderful!!!! Cannot recommend this company highly enough and would not hesitate to work with them again. Although their work has a lifetime guarantee so we are confident we won’t need to.

I called Wet Basement Solutions after 4 months of moving into our newly purchased home in Embrun. Unfortunately a few months after we moved in and the snow started melting we realized we had wet basement issues. I’ve never dealt with a home services company that replies as fast as this team. Nik was often replying to me within minutes, sometime it felt like seconds. We were never “waiting to hear back”, it blew my wife and I away. They came and quoted quickly, and were significantly more cost effective than other companies who quoted us to do an exterior solution. Doug was super nice when he came to quote and very knowledgeable. Their team was fast, professional, respectful, did an incredible job and cleaned up after themselves. With their lifetime warranty we won’t ever need to call them again (outside of pump servicing) but we will definitely be recommending them to anyone who asks and will keep their sign up on our lawn all summer!
