Outstanding service and knowledgeable of all their products, I bought all my furniture, crib ,mattress , changing table, dresser, nightstand and nursery glider. Affordable prices , good quality furniture and a nice selection. I also registered on their baby registry . I Received all the gifts on time. Highchair, stroller, carseat, musical mobile, baby bedding,crib sheets, bottle warmers, playpens , and other accessories that I need for my baby.Thank you, and I will be returning.

Looking for a crib, though they sell some nice things I noticed that something was off when I went to look up cribs online. For instance their Sacha 4 White with Natural Trim crib is literally the Concord Baby Cleo 3 in 1 sold at Walmart and Superstore... They renamed it so people couldn't find the actual price. Therefore you may be shopping local but they are not made local.

I can’t complain about the quality of furniture however the service was very pushy and we were basically told we have people offering to pay more to have the furniture sooner which leads me to wonder if that’s why there’s such a wait time. We were shocked to see the exact same furniture at Walmart (we compared the boxes for name and codes) not only would we have been able to walk out same day with the furniture but the prices at Walmart are about 50% less (the bambino profit mark up is outrageous). Shop around and don’t let the pushy sales tactic get you. We went with bambino based on the reviews and the quality ignoring the pushy tactics. We asked where the furniture came from and information about it which we were given a runaround of an answer because the short answer is Walmart.

Just something to think about before ordering online, their prices are fairly reasonable. Their shipping for it not being professionally done shouldn’t be charging that much. Also upon delivery the owner wanted a photo of my visa to “confirm” it’s the same as the purchase but she should've just had to confirm the last 4 digits and then wanted a photo of my drivers license to “prove” it’s me but I do not drive she said “well I can’t give you your stuff then” even though I paid in FULL so she proceeded to take photos of my Medicare card and write down my RAMQ number then took photos of me in front of my house without permission… needless to say I had to change my credit card afterwards because it felt like some sort of fraud or identity theft was going on

Would not recommend at all. Went in with a picture from their website, was told it was discontinued in the color we wanted. She shows a picture of what new color it comes in as she didn’t have it in store- just received it, the color is not even close to what she showed. Now I’m stuck with something I would’ve never chosen. They charge delivery to have it delivered only in your garage, not even brought up in the room. Not worth the savings you think you’re getting.

I bought my baby furniture , rocking chair , stroller, high chair, car seat here 31 years ago with excellent quality and service. Now my grandchild will have new wonderful furniture, crib, and accessories from Bambino . Annie (the owner) is so wonderful and knowledgeable of all the products and sells quality furniture, cribs, mattresses, bedding, recliners, high chairs, car seats, accessories all that you need for your baby. Bambino Furniture - Meubles Bambino
The crib we bought was great, the dresser and changing table were not as expected. Prices were fair enough but the sales lady was a little pushy. I wouldn’t recommend the delivery. 100$ and it was simply the saleswoman who brought them in her caravan. My brother in law and husband had to remove everything themselves to. Would not recommend unless you’re only caring about prices.
