NEVER use this company! The first disaster was my flooded apartment, which strata appointed to resolve. The SECOND disaster was what KCL created: smashed floor tile, scuffed up bath tub, gouged wall, and battered doorframe; the latter two were never repaired. They also lost my key, which meant I had to get my doors re-keyed, and they have STILL not reimbursed this. While some of the employees appear to be competent, the company is extremely disorganised!!In addition, they attempted a ceiling repair, but it was so poorly done that it had to be redone after a month.AVOID KCL!!!
