Ordered a VERY last minute bouquet for Mother’s Day. Took my order and prepared an amazing bouquet for my mother the very next morning. Even when I called to complain (which wasn’t justified) she provided amazing customer service and was immediately ready to fix whatever concerns I had. Even though there were no issues, I jumped the gun before the flowers were unwrapped. Amazing customer service and beautiful flowers. Highly recommend.

Ordered flowers for valentine’s Day as I was out of town working to be delivered to her work. They went to her work after it was closed. then when she got the flowers the next day, there wasn’t any roses as the picture showed! Paid a $160 for very cheap flowers to be delivered a day late.

I am extremely disappointed in a birthday bouquet recently done by this shop. It was amateur at best , and definitely not worth the money that I paid for it . Had I been there to pick it up , I would have refused it .

Have been remotely purchasing arrangements from this florist for years, having them delivered to my family locally, and have always been happy with the results when my family shared pictures of the final product. This year, I called ahead to order two arrangements for pickup, as I would be arriving in town late Dec.23 and wanted to pick them up Dec.24. One bouquet was as expected, but the other did not seem as full as the picture showed online, and although this bouquet was more expensive, the cheaper one seemed much nicer. When I indicated disappointment at the appearance of the more expensive arrangement, staff took the bouquet back and added flowers and greenery to make it appear much nicer, at no additional cost. Another happy customer will be back.

I have been ordering flowers for my mom for quite some years now. This year I wanted to send my mom a nice Christmas bouquet. I usually pick the deal of the day but this time I went with an actually Christmas bouquet. I picked the deluxe version this time. It was roughly $90 after taxes. Well, this bouquet was anything but deluxe. At first, it made me very sad to see what my mom actually got and then I was upset that I paid $90 for something that looked nothing like what I paid for. I called the store, and explained to them the situation and how upset I was at the flowers my mom received for what I paid. I sent a picture of what I ordered and they agreed that what she got looked nothing like what I ordered. They however did mention that the pictures shown are actually displayed with all the flowers to the front of the picture, which I found strange but sure. In any event, they immediately said they would rectify the situation and send her new flowers the next morning. I assumed they would put a little bit more thought into the new bouquet they were going to send her. She received her new flowers within 45 minutes. My mom then sent me another picture of the flowers she received. Again, it didn't even look close to what I paid for. By this point, I didn't feel like calling the store to complain again as it was a couple days before Christmas and I just didn't feel like having another negative discussion about it. Anyway, she ended up getting two bouquets which I guess would have been worth the $90 together but the first bouquet definitely wasn't. I've attached a picture of what I ordered and pictures of what she was sent for reference. The one beside the website picture was the first bouquet she got. the third picture is the re-do. I just want people to be aware that what you see online is not necessarily what you are going to get for what you pay. Next time I will have my Dad go and pick something out on my behalf rather than order online.

I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day for my better half. I waited all day with nothing arriving. I called the shop at 11:30am for an update, I was told that the flowers being delivered to business locations were priority and not to worry. Again I waited until 4:45pm and still nothing. I again called the shop and was told everything would be resolved by 6:30 pm. At 8:00pm I called again. This time I was given excuses about the freezer broke the delivery team was late.. just more excuses for the level of unprofessional practices. At the end of my final conversation the worker just hung up on me, what the hell, why. I did not use profanity and explained that I was not upset by the worker just the practice without any way to fix the hardship imposed on the customer. The main reasons for being upset are they charge 5x the amount just because it’s Valentine’s Day and can’t deliver on their word. Also making the people who are their friends in business a priority seems off putting. I will not use this shop again and also refer people towards other businesses.

I ordered early on the day of delivery and it went smoothly and as requested! She was thrilled!
