I decided to give Vital a chance after reading all the positive reviews, and I am very pleased with the whole experience. Upon calling the shop to make an appointment, I was greeted in a very friendly manner and they were able to accommodate me the next day. I had a strange noise coming from the car that was not obvious (maybe the part was only a little worn but not VERY worn) and therefore difficult to diagnose. After inspection, Allan informed me about his findings and we came to an agreement that the most likely and best place to start was by changing the inner-tie rod (which was consistent with my initial thought before bringing the car in). The next day, I got a call to pick up the vehicle and so far the sound is gone. One thing that I would have liked was a debriefing about the repairs once I picked up my vehicle since the whole diagnosis process was tricky. HOWEVER, I did come to pick up the car on a Saturday at 5:20 PM around closing time, so I don't blame them. Definitely recommend these guys as they are absolutely 100% TRANSPARENT and genuinely KNOWLEDGABLE with cars (a trait that is assumed upon many mechanics too lightly).

I recently had my car serviced at Vital Auto, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and friendly. The mechanic who worked on my car was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the work that was being done. I could tell that they took pride in their work, as they went above and beyond to ensure that my car was running in top condition. The prices were also very reasonable – much lower than what I expected for the quality of work that was performed. Overall, I highly recommend Vital and will definitely be returning for all my future car needs.

Brought my car into Vital a few times and each time has been a great experience. Alan is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on with my car and followed-up a few days after. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend.

Guys at Vital Auto took care of my transmission issue. They were courteous and knowledgeable. Got my car back within 2 weeks and drives like new. Alan explained the whole process in great detail. Very very happy to bring my car to them and having reassurance the repairs was done right! Thank you guys for everything :D

Alan is an incredible mechanic. Super smart, super hard working and incredibly trustworthy. I have an older Rav4 that always has complicated problems. Alan thoroughly explains problems and goes above and beyond to solve issues in an economic way. I can’t recommend Alan enough.

I always went to this garage for major things because the previous owner of the vehicle has done all the maintenance here. What can I say: The guys are friendly, have fair prices and explain everything.One time I came back because of a noise and I thought it comes from a part they just fixed but I was wrong. They lifted the car and showed me the bottom, everything was fine with the repair and they didn't charge me for the time.I did a 20.000 km roadtrip with my car, had no incidents and recommended the shop to the new owners. Keep up the good work.

I stopped in here in an emergency when the tire shop around the corner quoted me a ridiculous price just to help me with a spare tire.Alan and his guys were friendly and helpful when I was in a time crunch.
