There needs to be better communication skills between co workers and clients . But for all the staff that i have encountered and had the privilege of getting to work with, thus far has been amazing and outstanding ! Theres always room for growth and so much we can learn from each other .With milieu's staff thankyou for all that you do . And thoe my journey has only just started with you . I am greatful to have advicates and people who give so much more then your job titles call for.And i know with your help i will become successful in all that i do no matter big or small the goals i have in my life we will be victorious ! And if not then its a learning experiance ! So either way its a win win no matter how you look at it! I am very interested in the position they offer, They provide day care services for special needs adults. It is a well organized program which include; day program for its clientele, program that includes swimming, library workshop, gym for physical fitness and cooking and other porgrams.

Very toxic environment. Managment will work the life out of you. They can never find staff and they dont pay over time they just give you a bank where you save time off instead of over time and then you will not be able to use that because the turn over rate is very high in this company. Managment is terrible. They don’t help you to grow or give proper training in the company instead they will use methods of constructive dismissal to fire any one. Politics and favoritism is the norm in this company. Don’t waste your time your life and your health for this company there way better companies out there. This company is a red flag stay away!
