As someone who knows nothing about the industry/product, I was a bit nervous that I’d look stupid asking a hundred questions…but I had nothing to worry about! The staff/owner is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and took the time to ask questions so he could understand just what I was looking for. Their customer service is accessible and exceptional, and I haven’t once felt judged for not knowing anything. So happy to have this friendly shop in the neighbourhood!

Awesome experience every time. Very knowledgeable staff. Will always recommend to my friends. Ive been to a lot of other dispensaries and no one keeps top shelf stocked like these guys. They don’t sell you old product cause they over stocked. They will go over the top to find you what your looking for.

There is always a guy serving, he is the same, he never does his job well, he never attends, I have gone several times and he has never wanted to sell me. This guy is elitist and only sells to those he thinks.
