I recently had a disappointing experience with Tom from Wylie Ford company. As a customer, I had hoped for a friendly and cooperative interaction, but instead, I was met with impatience and rudeness. Despite needing only 20 seconds to coordinate before he could begin his job, Tom responded with the unprofessional comment, It's Friday afternoon. I want to go home. Its hot today!" His short temper and lack of customer service skills were evident

Recently dealt with Wylie on a project, his invoice kept repeatedly going to my junk, and as this particular sale was on my own home I had a lot going on and it slipped my mind. Poor customer service who says they leave messages, but have no messages from them. Once they reached my team member, and he informed me that the invoice was outstanding it was paid same day. I don't think it was fair to accuse me of trying to avoid paying a $400 invoice, I was thoroughly impressed with the work they provided, and have actually referred your name many times to people that live in your area.

I have used Wyileford.com for many listings over the years. Amazing service, support staff are great, photographers do an amazing job and their very professional. The entire team is awesome. Prices are also affordable, plus they have so many options 3D Matterport to Drone Videos. Awesome they serve the GTA now. Keep up the great work.
