I am a past yoga student of Karyn’s.She’s an amazing instructor. During the class, she would often provide some individual guidance to whoever needs it (often me!). She provided a safe, welcoming environment wherever she taught. She’s knowledgeable as well as compassionate. She’s pretty awesome!

I'm on my 3rd set of classes with Karen at Harmony Yoga. Every class has been a wonderful mix of lighthearted humor and deep revelation, beautiful kirtan and asana.I'm very pleased to have a solid Thursday practice and growing connection to a community (of moslty women at this point, which I appreciate) in my area. Karen has created an absolutely lovely environment within Dancing Cat Yoga studio.

Karyn is a gifted yoga teacher and kirtan artist. Her classes are so special! She is gentle, warm, and genuine and I can’t recommend her enough!

Owner/instructor Karyn is one of the warmest and most genuine people I’ve ever met-anything she does is from the heart and from a place of love, so I have no doubt this studio will be also.

I’ve been going to yoga classes for over 20 years and nothing compares to a class with Karyn. I absolutely love the energy and all the yummy poses! ❤️

Karyn is an incredible instructor and coach in addition to being a role model for yogic practice. Yoga can be so personal and Karyn is someone that is worthy of your trust and time.

Not only a blessed soul with teaching abilities, but as well as blessed with a beautiful voice! I would recommend anyone these offerings whether they want to expand their knowledge within yoga, have some relaxation and stretching, or just become a part of a beautiful and open group where they feel free to be themselves. I am so happy to have found these teachings and I was driving from Langley to New West just for her offerings because she is such a beautiful soul. Cannot recommend Karyn and her offerings enough! Her intentions for classes are always based upon how everyone seems to be feeling that day, she always checks in and improvises and that is what stands her out from other yoga teachings.

I absolutely loved having Karyn as my yoga instructor. She is so kind and patient, but not boring! She was funny, creative and made me feel at ease, even though I had no idea what I was doing!!! All other yoga instructors have a lot to live up to (and not many even come close). Thanks for making yoga such a fun time Karyn!!!

Karyn's style of yoga is perfect for those looking for gentle movements, deep relaxation, and connection to self/other/spirit. I've been a student of hers since October 2022 and intend on continuing as long as I can. She is kind, thoughtful, respectful, and adaptive to her students.
