The worst immigration firm and service I have ever seen. Unprofessional and irresponsible with their clients. Didn't attend meetings, didn't reply emails, didn't give the complete information and only care to charge money. The immigration consultant - Case manager Roshan Khan provided the incomplete and incorrect information, and when questioned about it there was no answer and when I called her, she yelled at me. This is not a behaviuour I was expecting from an immigration advisor. The legal assitant couldn't even write my country's name right or even read my emails to provide an accurate answer.

This review is about team Harley and Natasha who handle PR sponsorship of dependents (Spouse, Children) of existing Canadian PR holders. I have no words to describe how awesome this team is. I started my interaction with them in Feb 2020. They were very prompt in responding, taking pains to clarify every single point, verily ready to meet up to discuss issues for as long as an hour or sometimes even more. We availed of these one on one consultation with our lawyer Natasha on multiple occasions and never did once she shied away or showed me the clock. She even would guide us on general queries about peripheral issues like Super Visa application etc. However, she was quick to point out that its handled by a different team and words of those experts should be taken as legal advice. But she was never wrong despite her polite disclaimer. From Feb 2020 to finally Fall of 2022 when my application was submitted they accommodated changes in our life situation due to Covid and then due to birth of my twins. They took care of the entire application which was originally I believe paper based and converted into online application as IRCC changed rules. None of this at no extra cost. All through out this time I got replies from Harley during evenings, weekends (at times) or the very next business day. She was so thorough and quick that my wife couldn't stopped admiring her and often would cite her example in contrast to my own slowness.I can write a long essay but these two people are definitely an asset to My Visa Source. A big thank you to both of you to help my family with sponsorship of me and my twins. I will highly recommend these two to anyone looking for sponsoring their spouse or kids for Canadian PR.

Mr Bara was an excellent resource, took the time out to explain current immigration programs in Canada and what I may qualify for in the future. He was thoughtful, inquisitive and straightforward with his answers. He explained the best immigration program for me and I enjoyed his free online consultation session.

Id like to say I had a GREAT experience with a case worker, Ms Dhillion. She was able to answer all my questions and more. During my free consultation. Highly recommend. Will be using them further. Thank you.

If I could give less than a star I would. Please be careful who you are hiring for your immigration process. The first time I contacted this firm, they were calling me everyday to make sure I hire them and I sign the agreement. The minute I paid the deposit, communication became very rare, they were unable to provide any clear answers or show any support knowing how an immigration process can be stressful. I had the right to talk to my lawyer ONCE! Whenever I wanted to schedule a call and ask questions, they were making it seem like it's a huuuuge ask. Everything was '' not between our hands or '' not under our control''

Stop immediately and hire another firm.Incompetent junior staff, weeks passed with no communication despite constant follow up. They couldn’t answer any questions comprehensively with any level of confidence. Asked repeatedly for a senior immigration lawyer to step in, was told there was no other US immigration attorneys on staff. That’s a direct quote.This company is a racket and they’re clearly paying for bogus 5 star reviews. My friend initially recommended them, as things progressed past the initial sales calls, he too said it was a mistake due to appalling service and wildly inexperienced children acting as lawyers.
