When I dropped off clothes for dry-cleaning, I was given a quote of $41. But when I went to pick up, I was charged $60plus for 3 pieces of clothes and when asked why I was given a quote of $41. I was told that the uncle who gave the quote doesn't know anything. I was told the lease rates went up, the cost is too high for the store and that's I am being dodged over $20 than the quote. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and very rude behaviour of aunty who runs the store. Need to re-train/ replace the uncle who gives out wrong quotes when people are dropping off clothes.

Horrible customer service. Daughter of owners were helping us. Completely ignored what we were saying and asking for. She had a rude tone for no reason whatsoever. We had our suits paired with the right pant and tie and she told us to take it off and they can’t pair them back together how they put together. Extremely inconvenient. I would say take your business to someone way better.

Was nervous to come here because of some of the reviews BUT I'm glad I came. Dude was so friendly, gave me a ready date of Monday. Came in the Friday before the weekend and my suit was already ready! The girl behind the counter when I picked it up was lovely too. I recommend this place if you want a quick dry clean on a suit, 10/10

We dropped off two of the same brand sweatpants to get altered. When we went to go pick them up the lady was like i cut one of the sweat pants to someone else’s size which was too short. She accepted that she made a mistake and gave me money for the sweatpants but anybody going there just be aware

I have been here a few times over the past year. It is convenient and they do a good job. They tell me 48 hrs but they get it done within 24. If you’re in the area, this is very convenient and reliable. This business has been here for 30 years. Highly recommend

They lost my jacket and tried to convince another persons jacket was mine for two weeks. after arguing with the staff over and over told them call customers to find my jacket. When they found my jacket, the owner lied and tried to convince me she bought me a new jacket. she couldn't produce a receipt, and my jacket had my name on it on the inside pocket. Very bad service, I had been their customer for 20 years, my family and relatives will never go there...
