I was in between 2 bailiff companies and I am so glad I went with consolidated. I had Rob and Richard as my bailiffs. They protected me through the process and executed the eviction very effectively. They were kind, professional, and fast. The moving company they work with is also great. Gaby at the office is friendly and understanding as well. She walked me through everything I was confused about with patience. This eviction was one of my biggest hardships in life. Having experienced and kind people on my side was the difference maker. I can't thank them enough with my words. Highly Highly recommend them. If I ever need an eviction done again (hopefully not) I will choose them in a heart beat.

I posted many notes at the door of the tenant saying that she needed to move out or she was going to be removed with Bailiffs. I was NOT told by anyone from Consolidated Civil Enforcement that Bailiffs DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO REMOVE PHYSICALLY TENANTS if they do not want to leave or if they run back into the premises. This is an apartment building and I asked the day before what time could the locksmiths come to re-key the 2 doors to the building. The Bailiff told me at 9:00 a.m. So I had to meet the locksmiths to give them keys to the building and I also had to give new keys to other tenants who live in this building. I expressed that to a second Bailiff the morning of the eviction. The building has a door on the main street and another door to the alleyway. I knew the eviction, movers and tenant were at the alleyway since I told them that is the easiest way to move furniture, so I went to the main street to meet with locksmiths. The tenant came out from the main street door -she obviously ran through the back of the building- and started to chase me, I walked away and then she yelled to an upcoming man to stop me! This stranger grabbed my wrists and he would not let me go. He did not even wear a facemask and even though I yelled HELP

I had the pleasure working with Gaby and her team on a situation my parents had been dealing with. Unfortunately the individual was taking advantage of my parents and the current pandemic, causing much emotional turmoil to my parents. Gaby and her team was able to quickly rectify the situation and provide guidance along the way. I do no wish anyone having to go through what my parents had to deal with for months, but if you do, Gaby and her team is an excellent choice for remediation.

Gabriella was amazing. She worked over time to help us, was very kind and patient and helped us think out of the box. I highly recommend their services!

Of course, no one wants to have to go the route of getting a bailiff when it comes to stubborn tenants. However, I had the pleasure of working with Gaby! And she was very helpful, and super accommodating with me and my property manager! All around a great experience with them when dealing with nightmare tenants.

I had to use bailiff services as a last legal resort to evict a stubborn tenant. I was very pleased by this company in general and the professional employee assigned to help me. Nobody ever wants to use a Bailiff, but at least these folks made it as painless as it could have been. The process was smooth and efficient, and Gabriela went out of her way to support me through what was a really stressful time. The RTB and Police could learn a thing or two from the folks that ACTUALLY solve your problem when nightmare tenants are ruining your home.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR, if you're reading this and have a problem evicting a bad tenant, give Gabby at Consolidated a call - yes, she's that good.Renting out for the first time, I had the pleasure of getting a tenant that wouldn't pay (not couldn't) and wrecked the home. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mark, Sabrina and Tino. My experience was amazing! After trying on my own for several months to serve court documents to a contractor that we were taking legal action against, they were able to get everything done within a matter of 3 days (and that's not even rush service, just regular service). I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. The court documents were served so quickly! WHAT A RELIEF... THANK GOD!!! Only thing I had to do was pick up the certificate of service" form from them and give it to the courts which was nothing much on my part. Their rates were very reasonable too! Their kindness and support alone made them so easy to work with. I am so pleased by my experience. My advice to anyone needing to serve documents or require any other Bailiff services

We really enjoyed working with the team at CCE. We had the pleasure of working with Gaby and Rob who were very professional and efficient.
