Low quality service. Technician, that came, knew nothing about issues described by the phone. After quick inspection, he sad that system is in very good condition and was well maintained. He made several photos of the equipment, went to his car, spoke by the phone, returned and told me that whole fueling system needed to be changed. Billed me pretty good wages for this service" and disappeared. Looks like a scam

Mauvais relation avec les clients. Ils ont insisté sur réparation inutile. Nous avons attendu leur réponse deux semaines. Ne recommend pas!

I would like to complement the staff starting with Paulette on the phone is great and professional kept me in the loop on the timing that the techs were to pass by. On site Mario and Dan did an awesome job, answered all my questions and assured me that if any issues they are there to assist.. Should I recommend them, absolutely! Clean job all in order, and working great. Again Sylvain, you have a dedicated team and it shows.

les installateurs parle très mal et tres mauvais service.!!!les vieux fument et lance les magots de cigarettes partout. ils ont accrocher le murs et ils ne réparent pas.le tuyau de drainage il l'on couper trop court (à la moitier de la facade) et il nous repondent que cest normal que la brique et la fondation soit mouillés h24 parce qu'on est au quebec !!

Je fais affaire avec cette compagnie depuis plusieurs années en tant que sous contractant d'Ultramar (Parkland) et je dois admettre que j'ai toujours eu un assez bon service pour l'entretien. Cette année ils m'ont vendu un nouveau système et l'installation c'est bien déroulée sans trop de délais (on était en été). Par contre, pour le suivi après vente c'est un gros zéro. Plusieurs tentatives au cours des derniers mois pour rejoindre mon représentant sans succès. Selon moi pour mériter un 5 étoiles il faut faire mieux.

One of their driver nearly caused 2 accidents on decarie highway driving recklessly, when I contacted them to report the issue the person I spoke with seemed to unconcerned and made excuses as she had many drivers I let her know that she might want to pass a general message to all drivers since someone called and complain and her response was to say good day" and hang up. I'm highly doubting this company had good customer service based on the women I spoke with. I surly will not do business with this company for my needs."
