If you own a subaru or ford, look no further than lakeview. I had my 2012 STI tuned and its been absolutely amazing! Recently had one of my o2 sensors fail and they were able to diagnose it and fix it faster than I was promised and at a better price than I was worried I would have to pay. VERY genuine people at the front desk aswell and the tuner; adam campbell is a very nice guy and knows his stuff. I was looked after and it felt like they actually cared, giving me phone call updates and making sure everything was running smooth after I took the car home. I will no longer use any other shop to have my car looked at by, let alone worked on because this cannot be beat.

This review is long overdue, but on the bright side my feedback is based on thousands of kilometers of driving. I had the engine replaced on my 2013 Ford F150 5.0. I sourced a used engine from a reputable dealer and brought it to Lakeview to have it installed. I was very nervous about having this done, it was a big job and it cost a fair bit. Lakeview didn't let me down, they were super transparent and brought me in on the shop floor a couple times to show me their progress. They also made some great suggestions about parts that should be replaced before the install, the water pump for example. Their obvious expertise and honesty put me at ease. And now, thousands of kilometers later, having towed the fifth wheel through the mountains and all the other abuse it's taken, I can say for certain they did a great job. I'll definitely be back. These guys know what they are doing.

Oh, you were going to go elsewhere to get your vehicle worked on? Don't. You need to go see the guys at Lakeview. I wouldn't trust anyone else and in Calgary in today's day and age, it is unbelievably difficult to find a shop that actually cares about you AND your vehicle!Lakeview is AMAZING. I had Lakeview dyno tune my 1986 mustang with home built turbo kit running on a micro squirt ECU. The car was already running and driving when I brought it to them but it had a lot of drivability issues (poor cold start, surging idle when hot etc). I was the one who originally tuned it. I had built the engine, trans, turbo kit, rear end etc about 2000km prior to bringing it to them and all of it was Kijiji and eBay parts.It did have a few minor oil leaks we knew about when I dropped it off, and I still had half of my interior/wiring in a mess inside the car when I dropped it off.I expected them to reject it honestly because nothing on it was stock/matching/professionally done and I figured it wouldn’t pass pre dyno inspection.But they tuned it as best they could, even with a waste gate that was undersized (20 years old lol) and boost creeping the whole time. They got the dyno numbers I had asked for and the car didn’t break so I was happy and left with the knowledge of what I needed to change in the future to get more performance out of my set up.Drivability went way up.Tuning cars is never cheap but why spend ten of thousands of dollars on parts and upgrades if you’re not going to have the car run good?I definitely recommend fellow foxbody owners to come here. There was easily 5 more foxes in the parking lot when I showed up.

Simply put the best service I’ve ever revived!Brought my Subaru in for head gaskets, an alignment and a long list of other problems. Jesse is phenomenal he communicates everything, offers advice, and thorough explanations of the work being done. I recommend this place to anyone nervous in shops especially women who are worried of being scammed this place is different your a person not a paycheque. And who doesn’t love walking up to a mini car show!!!!

I took my 2009 Ford Expedition into Lakeview Automotive for the first time in January and February 2023 as I suspected that there were axle leaks and maybe other problems with the vehicle. I worked with Brian on these issues and if there is another service technician that is more friendlier and helpful than Brian I have yet to meet them. It was a pleasure to work with Brian.The inspection was thorough and what I especially appreciated was the clear and detailed photos of the problems and areas where maintenance would be required in the near future. The visual evidence was great and it really helps you to fully understand what had to be done immediately and that which could be done in future. The repairs were done professionally and efficiently with great in progress feedback so suggested changes in the work were understood and made a lot of sense.Lakeview Automotive will solely be looking after my vehicle in the future as they have earned my trust and confidence.The only drawback is that they have no waiting room but they will drive you to the train station of Chinook Mall.

Dropped my 2020 wrx off here for warranty work, dealer sold it to me with a bad tune that didn't play nice with the after market on the car.Jesse was a huge help and ensured the car would be running perfect after the work.They found 3 boost leaks and dialed the tune in absolutely perfectly, they worked with my dealer and I walked away without paying a dime!I can't recommend these guys enough! Huge thank you to the whole team ar lakeview!

The Lakeview Automotive team are fantastic! If you have a Subaru, I would highly recommend them. I've used Subaru specialist mechanic shops in California, Arizona, Oklahoma and more, and the Lakeview Team are one of the very best! From an in-house dyno to very technical work, these guys know what they're doing and do it well. Don't expect them to be the cheapest shop in town"

The team at Lakeview were incredible getting my ’65 Superformance Cobra S/C MKIII tuned and ready for the road. Brian and the team were great at communicating and ensuring everything was just right. Can’t wait for the next upgrade ….
