I credit Fatima’s training with fundamentally changing the way I view fitness. I know she is passionate about her work and truly cares about her clients. I highly respect and recommend her and her programs. It is indescribable how much I’ve changed both inside and out thanks to her guidance!

Fatima is a very caring, attentive and knowledgeable coach. The workouts are fun and challenging. I highly recommend this fitness studio to anyone looking to improve endurance, strength and nutrition with a more holistic and personalized approach that commercial gyms cannot offer.

Very reasonable rates for weekly sessions! There is a registration fee that includes gloves and a merchandise. This female only gym is much needed in the Scarborough community.

This place is AWESOME!!!! I've been doing personalized private sessions with Coach FLG for the past month and I'm already seeing results! Initially, I was very nervous about starting to exercise and work on my core strength, but Coach FLG is there every step of the way and eases you into the workout. I love how I've prioritized my physical health with the program she has created for me. Can't wait to continue seeing more results (which I have no doubt will be AMAZING!!)

As usual just left class feeling happier and with a burst of positive energy! Coach FLG is really good at making sure we get our workout in but also do it in a way where we have fun. I love that some classes include self defence components which helps me feel more confident in myself when I’m out and about. Overall definitely recommend trying out a class! I love that classes are small and everyone I meet is so welcoming and warm! Love Sister Fit and can’t rave enough about it!

An awesome place for women to experience martial arts. It's a beautiful, comfortable space that is accommodating, with amazing coaches that are focused on helping you reach your goals. I look forward to continuing my journey into martial arts here.
