I was more than shocked to see the prices had gone up 50%!! They do good work, but it's just not worth $60.00 to have my tires changed over, when it's been $40.00 cash.. in 2020!!.. This is price gouging!! The service took 15 minutes the same as last year. I provided the tires, on rims, same as last year. They only had a service .. What makes them think that this service should be charged 50% more, given it was the same time and product as last year!! A very very dissatisfied senior!@

Had to revisit this review, I've been buying tires here for a long time and have been referring others just as long. Gord provides great advice and the product is fairly decent, they give you options and shed some knowledge gained through experience.I like to buy local, I want to help the small business owners. My last visit there I had 2 rims damaged. I will say one rim was a result of a bad repair which was fixed by the dealer. I called in and spoke to Gord and he said bring it in, lets see it. Everything was pleasant, I do like these folks.2 guys came out one was very professional and said yes, the scratches could have come from us but the chip likely didn't. Accidents happen. The other gentleman who appears to be new responded by saying not us

Bravo to Gord and his team for the excellent sanitizing and scheduling procedures being implemented at the facility to protect both his team and the customers during this epidemic. I was also very impressed by the quick service and the manner Gord conducts his business. Would not hesitate to recommend it to all my friends.

I needed a patch on a slow leak that was within 1” of the sidewall. These guys were more than happy to help me out on a repair that Canadian Tire charged me a $24 inspection fee to have a look at it then decide they won’t do the job. Very polite, great customer service. Call to make an appointment and they’re very accommodating.

The employees here are very knowledgeable and professional. Had a tire puncture and brought it into their shop, was in and out within 20 minutes. I also inquired about whether or not to balance my tires, received sound advised and saved my money. Shows that they care and are not hungry to take money from their customers unnecessarily.

I just had a set of tire change and wheel balance, I brought my own tires. I was accommodated right away and in a flash I'm all done. It's true, they're professional, respectful folks, price for the service is cheap too. No wonder they are getting good reviews, which what drove me to come here in the first place.

I always take my personal and work vehicles here. They are very professional and the work is done in a timely manner with a fair price to boot. Would recommend to others who are looking to get new tires with the works.
