Jeff was incredible. Not only was his response prompt, but he came by to give an estimate but was able to fix the problem quickly (free of charge). He gave honest recommendations for some additional work I was looking to have done while keeping my expenses to only what was necessary. I could not give a higher recommendation.

Pritchard & Sons are the BEST garage door repair and sales company EVER! I have been dealing with them for about 15 years and they have always come through with the best and most reasonable service. And they are so efficient and knowledgable. I called because my garage door would now go down - on a Friday afternoon - and they talked me through the repair! How awesome is that?

On Monday I requested a quote from B. Pritchard and another garage door company through the Better Business Bureau Request A Quote" service. Jeff got in to touch with me Tuesday with a quote. The other company has not replied yet. I accepted the estimate on Wednesday and Jeff came to my place the same day to review the work to be done. He decided that about half of the items I had noted were not required and reduced the estimate for only the necessary repairs. When I agreed

We called at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon because we couldn’t get into our garage, which meant we couldn’t get to our car, which meant if we didn’t get it fixed that day, we were marooned for the weekend. At first, it looked like Monday was the earliest, but Mike found someone working on a job close by, and he agreed to come over after he wrapped up. They are gracious, professional, and efficient: the old spring in my garage had broken, but they had it operational by 4:00, and a new spring ordered for replacement next week. We would highly recommend this company to all our friends and family.

Had requested a quote for replacing the garage door thinking the problem looked like a major issue. Jeff came the same day and after looking at the door purposed to fix it instead of replacing. He saved us thousands of dollars in the process by fixing it at a fraction of cost. The technician came promptly the next day and did a wonderful job of fixing the garage door. Highly appreciate the honesty and customer oriented service of this company. Would certainty recommend!

My call for a broken cable and spring was promptly answered and I was was given an appointment for the next day(Thursday)....I waited from 12 to 4 pm, and nobody came, and no phone call to explain. I called the next morning (9 am, last Friday)for an update on the situation...nobody answered, and I left a message with Mike...no call back. I waited until next Monday and tried to call again ...still no answer. I do not understand how a company can work like that and still be in business....a simple phone call could have made a big difference, I was lucky to be in an ideal situation were my car was not in the garage, with no emergency to get the door back in function.

B Pritchard and Son were amazing! The service was excellent. They were quick and efficient, extremely courteous and they went over and above to help me solve a problem with my old garage opener. The new one they installed is great. I definitely recommend their service!

Highly recommend B.Pritchard & Son Door, last Friday at 5:30p.m. we had a door issue. Made the phone call and 10 minutes later the service technician named Jackson had us back up and running in no time. A1 service, we bought new doors and wall mounted openers with battery back up and wifi a month ago....Very happy customer

Amazing service and super quick. Got here within an hour of placing a call on a Friday afternoon. Really quick and clean repair. Guy clearly knew what he was doing and even explained how to fix it ourselves if it happened again. A+ - amazing company.

My old garage door fell apart and I was concerned that something would be stolen. I called Pritchard and they came out quickly and cobbled it back together. It took two men a couple hours because it was in really bad shape. They also gave me a quote for a new door and told me they would send me a bill for the repair work. The bill for the repair work was very reasonable. I decided to accept their quote for a new door, and they waived the initial repair fee.
