Van -Roc

We called Van-Roc in Cold Lake after purchasing our first home while in the process of moving from a totally different province. Alan went out of his way to meet with our realtor to check the place out since we were still on the other end of the country at that point, and gave us a great competitive quote on the entire main floors 20yr old popcorn ceilings. The ceilings in our new home were in great disrepair (multiple patch jobs in areas that cemented the old work up basically, crumbling and falling apart in other areas, cracks in the drywall etc.). It was a big job with a tight, less than 2 week timeline between the closing date and move in date.Not only did they do an amazing job, they were able to get in and get the work done in a short turn around time frame so it was complete before our moving truck showed up with all of our stuff. Paul worked around the clock, late some nights, and over the weekends to help us with our unusual timeline, and was incredibly kind and professional the whole time, and answered any questions we had once we arrived to town as well.They also let us know about the lower level of insulation loft in our attic since we hadn't had a chance to get up in it yet, which we greatly appreciated them also taking care of ontop of everything else they were doing. Not only that but they alerted us of a few other very unexpected pop-up surprises with the home that needed immediate attention while we were in transit, something that they didn't need to do by any means, but that we were lucky they were there to catch.The guys from Van-Roc took care of our home as if it were their own. Something we are incredibly grateful for. We've had nothing but compliments from people who knew what it looked like prior and we couldn't be happier.So thank you again Alan, Paul and the rest of Van-Roc crew in Cold Lake! If anyone needs something done in the area, and want it done well, Van-Roc are your guys!
