Cute store with a a lot of products. Friendly service. However, I found the products to be overpriced. I wouldn’t be back based on the price points. Dodger the store cat was very friendly!

This is one of my favourite stores in Vancouver. Really knowledgeable staff, great selection of bird feeders, food, gifts, books etc. it’s so lovely to see stores like this and is a much better experience than a department store. I loved the Christmas bird food wreaths!

Cute cat shop 10/10 would pet again.They were patient with a noob at birding and let me fiddle with binoculars before purchasing, other reviews state they’re expensive but they seem fine for the location they’re in.

I came in looking for specific stuff, got some clarification on some products and more info on new products. Staff were very helpful n I decided to get membership there to get the discount on what I was buying n bc I was very likely to be back again to buy the same stuff. Also asked questions about the additional person that could be added to the membership and was told that I could add the person later and by phone if I wished. Good enough for me. Done. Staff were kind, informed, and agreeable. In addition, I liked that they changed the protocols for leaving the store to leaving through the rear exit. They had signs indicating that process. Well done and TY!

This store supplies a wide variety of ideas to provide a supplemental food source for birds..the staff are always helpful and keen to supply answers , especially during the cold weather occasions…ideas on how to attract birds successfully and safety..

I bought a hummingbird feeder and container to store the sugar mix in two weeks ago. I was in the store 20 min and was notasked if I needed any assistance. I used my phone and googled what I needed. I will find another store in the future to expand my feeders. I live 5 blocks away and was excited to visit the store. Please acknowledge people even if they are just looking.

Great selection and helpful staff. Much more to see in store compared to checking the website for selection. Free parking behind the store. Picked up a bird bath heater to keep things thawed during winter. Works great but had to add a rock to weigh it down.

Best place to get great quality bird seeds for birds of bc, as most oet foods and stores carry the American one or the ones mainly good for east coast.The only star down is the price
