Coastal Sleep - Sleep Apnea Clinics

I have been a patient of Coastal Sleep for 5 years now. Just transfered to this office and had a great experience with all the staff! Super nice, and helpful and I got all my new gear! Highly recommended! To be honest, I am addicted to my CPAP machine it really relaxed me and helps me to have a full night's sleep.

I went to Coastal Sleep as a referral from my doctor and my wife has never been happier...first time she's slept without plotting to smother me with a pillow in 26 years. Lovepreet and Jola set me up with the initial monitoring device and took the time to answer a few questions even though they were busy right in the middle of another task. Mauricio was great, took the time to explain everything in regards to operation, cleaning and maintenance, he even took the time to look up my nose to see which breathing attachment would work best with my schnozz!If you want a happy wife, Coastal Sleep is your way to get there!Zzzzz

Use to like Coastal Sleep until I had my sleep machine under recall and wasn’t able to use it for, a year and a half and got the run around by members of the Langley location. Went to a different vendor to get a new sleep machine

We had an amazing experience with Liz (RRT) and Megan (Admin) at the Langley location. It was the last day of our health benefits as we headed into retirement and we found out that morning that our current CPAP had been recalled. We needed a new CPAP immediately if we were to be covered by insurance. Liz and Megan to the rescue, they arranged an updated prescription from our doctor, contacted our insurance company to ensure all requirements were met and had us fitted up with a new machine before the end of day and end of benefits. Could not be happier with the service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for superior service and value.

A big THANK YOU to Danny at the Langley clinic. I came in with many questions and Danny was so knowledgeable and answered everything. I knew I was in good hands and was going to start getting a better sleep. The staff is amazing and was very helpful in getting all the paperwork together for my extended health plan. How great to be able to applaud a business for great customer service! From the first contact of picking up the tester kit to the most recent visit, I was treated by friendly, patient and knowledgeable staff. The respiratory therapist Mauricio is a gem! As a senior with limited tech experience, I had to contact him with questions several times and never felt as though I was bothering him! I have nothing but praise and would recommend Coastal Sleep (Abbotsford location) to anyone.

My mom has had trouble sleeping and so her doctor recommended her to Coastal Sleep. Mauricio Galeano has been very helpful and also very kind to her. He was very thorough in terms of explaining details and also analysis on her sleeping patterns etc. I highly recommend this location because of Mauricio. Thank you for everything again Mauricio!

I was having a great experience with the team here until my CPAP was recalled. Now I don' t hear from anyone there. I call every 3-4 months to see what is happening with the recall and get the same story each time that it is a Phillips issue and NOT Coastal Sleeps. I have now heard from them and situation has been rectified! Thank you!

My experience at Coastal Sleep, Langley, was outstanding. Cassie, in the front office was knowledgeable and helpful, whether I was speaking with her in person or on the phone. She was a pleasure to work with and is to be commended for her congenial, professional manner. Andrew, my RT, continued the same excellent service. He took a sincere interest in the details of my history and provided a thorough clear explanation of what was in involved in the therapy. His follow up was excellent and I know he is available to answer any questions as needed.
