Small store with confusing organization and lackluster service. I asked the attendant at the contractor service counter to check if a specific type of outside drywall corner bead was in stock. The attendant refused to help and just told me to go look in the corner". I looked up the stock on the Rona website on my phone and the site did show stock.Upon arriving at "the corner"

Bought something I wanted to return and got the runaround for a few days. Apparently there is only one person competent enough to complete returns for online orders. What I will say though is that the one competent employee was great!

These guys are friendly and the place still has a bit of a mom and pop feel to it. Great cour à bois and lots of helpful people to advise you on your purchases. They've also got a reliable and practical delivery service. Check them out.

Excellent service. Small selection on some items. (Drywall compound, for example.) Can usually find everything I need.Coming back to add that I still go to this store and I absolutely love it. The service there is absolutely fantastic. They are easy to talk to and I have gotten excellent recommendations on products. They even were able to deliver two sheets of drywall for me - something that would be ridiculously expensive elsewhere.

I order something I didn't receive the stuff I supposed to get and now I have problem to get my money back so the store is not so good so I have to do a chargeback on my credit card
