Far East Chinese Restaurant
Probably the best Chinese food in niagara! Highly recommended! Read many great reviews on here, so decided to give it try. Wasn't disappointed. Only thing I was confused by was I thought chow mein was noodles. Might of been my own misunderstanding. But definitely would suggest trying them out. I know I will be back. Heard their beef is really good. Next on my list. I had the sweet and sour chicken with chicken chow Mein combo for 1.

Waited 2 and a half hours for food on mother day I get it they are busy but reallyNext time we will order at 4 so we will get our food by 6Had a chunk of bone in my chicken fried riceThankfully the food was fresh

My family has been eating from here for years. The food never disappoints, it is always fresh and very tasty. The owners are very friendly, always smiling. The House chicken is amazing!

Been coming to the far east for many many years, 20+ easily I’ve dined in and had takeout many many times , great food, service is always good and fast. It’s been our Chinese food go to for quite some time and will probably remain so, check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

No dining in. Take out only. Door was ready fifteen minutes early. I’m glad we went early to pick it up otherwise it would have sat there getting cold. Quick service. East parking. Good food.

My wife and I have been eating here for years. But on this last order we are highly dissatisfied. The sweet and sour ribs were hardly anything but breading, bone and gristle. I called and complained. The brusk woman said A lot of people like them." Didn't say that they were sorry. Didn't offer to substitute or refund.After over 20 years of loving this place

I don't know what they're doing to the chicken balls here, but they're amazing. Everything is very good and prices are reasonable. The service when you pick up is excellent, like a well oiled machine but with a very friendly, family vibe.

My daughter wanted me to try Far East Chinese Restaurant for a change from my usual Chinese Restaurant for takeout (Magnolia). I opted for chicken fried rice, a staple at most Chinese restaurants to keep it simple.At first glance I noted there were only onions and chicken in the rice no carrots or peas. Different. I gave it a taste and I can say with all honesty it was the worst fried rice I’ve ever had. The rice tasted stale and over cooked. The consistency made the rice packable like a snowball. The finishing touch was the rancid after taste. After two spoonfuls I was done.My daughter swears by Far East’s food and called them back to share her disappointment and ask for a refund. She was told that she would not get a refund, only another order of the fried rice we had just complained about. Good customer service could have perhaps involved a credit to try something else in the future. I would have given them another chance.Based on this experience I do not recommend Far East for their food or customer service.

Great tasting food. The price can be a bit high for some items but it is totally worth it. The shrimp egg foo young and chicken balls are awesome! The staff are super nice. Worth checking out. Take out only.

the food is good but the phone service is absolutely awful. went to place a take out order, asked for a total and was told very rudely by the girl that she didn’t have time for this and to call back later, then she hung up on me. called back 10 minutes later to cancel and tell her that since she couldn’t be bothered to give me a price (and they don’t provide prices online) she got very short and rude with me, said ok and hung up on me once again. and from what i’ve seen and heard, this is not the first time people have had issues with this girls customer service. do not work a customer service job if you have issues being kind. i don’t care how busy you may be, it is never ok to be outwardly rude to someone trying to support your business.
