Had their food for the first time @ the beer fest event. It was truly awesome, I ordered 5 spiced braised wagyu beef sandwich and wagyu poutine. Meat was soft and tender, flavor was on point and there were chunks of beef on my poutine. It was truly a hearty, satisfying and arteries blocking meal.However, the same cannot be said for the new restaurant they opened. I had to wait around 15 minutes for my order. I ordered the O.C burger and wagyu poutine. My food both came cold. The burger patty was dry, tasted exactly like five guys which is not okay as they do not use wagyu. The poutine was ok, but just had streaks of wagyu instead of chunks. I am not sure is it because its in a restaurant so they make by batches instead of made to order in the food truck?But improvement definitely needed for their restaurant. I will recommend to just have it from their food truck.

1st time here. Was absolutely fabulous.The food is amazing. Great size portions.They have a chocolate, sweets shop inside on other side. Can't leave without a homemade dessert. Pssst, they make their own chocolate too.

I really enjoy the vibe of this place. The service is always so positive and upbeat. You can tell they are proud of what they're putting out and they should be. On this visit we shared a braised beef poutine between my daughter and I, large, and we couldn't finish it. Previously we've tried burgers and they are so good. They were having a fish burger special and it looked DEADLY delicious. Awesome pros of this place are that taxes are included in the price, easy parking, drinks are reasonable, and everything is compostable. Another great advantage is the amazing bake shop in the restaurant to grab some treats for later! (Cause you likely won't have room right after, lol).

Of course the burgers here are excellent. I ordered a salad too to try and pretend to be healthy and was shocked at how good it was! We gobbled down the whole salad. Had to try the garlic fries too of course and those were also excellent, the garlic flavour was not too overpowering. Wish the location was better!

Lucky enough to have this truck parked next door to my work every (most) Fridays. they make Great burgers, well cooked (dark) fries and the odd surprise, like Spaetzle Mac and cheese and Poutine.. by the way they nailed the Poutine Gravy/SauceInsider tip: if you are making burgers at home they sell their buns from their princess street location, so skip the grocery store and grab some.#Burgers #FoodTruck #Poutine

I have had Otter Creek cater two events for me and they are amazing! They are very professional and also very approachable. I was able to go to them with questions, special requests and they always responded quickly. They made a menu for both of my events that incorporated special dietary needs. Gluten-free, non-dairy, vegan, vegetarian, there was something for everyone and my guests were so happy. And if there was a need not covered by the menu they made something special for that person. Everyone complemented on the food and how good it was. I would highly recommend Otter Creek to anyone looking to cater an event. Will and Francois are amazing to work with, they have big hearts. Contact them for catering or just visit the restaurant. You won't be disappointed.

I had the OG with everything on it, no relish. It was completely underwhelming. I think my expectations were too high as it was $15 for the burger on its own. The staff was nice, it was clean and fast, with a cool vibe. I really wanted to love it , but it was just ok. It was nicely salted but a bit dry and quite thin.
