I am deeply disappointed in the service that I received from this company after they lost one of their best employees. I reached out to them months ago with no response. They sent me an invoice after I had given my notice that I wanted to transfer my domain elsewhere after shutting down my business. If they responded to my email in July I should not have received an additional invoice; however I paid it in full but instead of them living up to their end of the deal they just shut everything down and now all of my emails are bouncing and they have created more of a headache for me to deal with. Not very professional.

Just outstanding customer service. Highly recommend
