My first and only time calling this supplier told me I would be put on the list for delivery and told me it would be 2-3 weeks until he came with my wood. After 4 weeks I called him over a half dozen times and left multiple messages to no avail. I would never leave someone hanging like that while they are waiting and depending on a necessity such as firewood.
