Very friendly. Staff worked hard to match a kitchen cabinet and other stain colour. Very patient. Certain stores have more knowledge of unique requests such as kitchen cabinet stains for repairs and mixtures they can and cannot use.

German was outstanding with his customer service skills I have never had that great of service from that store before. The store didn’t have the brand of paint I need in stock and German took the time to explain the alternative brand to use. Overall the brand he recommended turned out to be better

Prices are very high. Have not used it yet, so can't comment on quality

Great service, convenient for where we are (as opposed to driving to Home Depot). Often have good sales. Your paint info is stored in the system in case you forget the colour you used.

Great service from the assistant manager Robbie. Multiple visits always polite and helpful. Good pricing. Went with the Super Paint. Almost no smell and looks great after 2 coats. Will be back for more.

Was at the store on Sunday morning at 10.30am. Only 1 staff working and had to wait for 45 minutes as he had to attend all the walk-ins and answer their questions! I have been here before and service was great and never had to wait for 45 minutes for the purchase. Not happy this time! Need to have more staff available especially on weekends!!

If I knew it takes more than half an hour to buy a can of paint, I would NEVER go there. I thought it would be a quick in and out, very simple. When I got there there was only one sales associate already assisting a customer, who was taking his time so he said she can go ahead and help me. Fair enough, I was thankful and happy (not for long). While I was choosing my color (which took 5 minutes), the sales associate started to serve a new customer, than go back to the first guy. That's okay, I waited for my turn, i gave her my color then she went off to find it in the back. While looking for the color, she started to help another customer. Okay, after all she was on her own, there was nobody else to help. Finally she came back with my color, did some stuff behind the counter, then the phone rang, she answered it, took an order on the phone, then she got back to me. She had to mix the color, so while she was doing it, she started to serve another customer, who came well after me. She started to input her contact details in the computer (why she didn't start with mine, beats me). After inputting all her data, she had trouble scanning one of the items, tried several times, then told the customer to come back the next day because it was not working. Right. So it was my turn, finally, I thought, but I couldn't be more wrong, the other customer on her way out wanted to make herself a cup of coffee, so the sales associate left me hanging again to go and help her. REALLY? In the beginning I felt sorry for her, why was she on her own in the first place? but after leaving me 4 times to serve other people, I just don't know what to think. Bad experience overall.

Always great service. We always get our paints from here. The last transaction we purchased stain to restain our deck. The product we purchased did not meet expectations. The manager, Peter, was fantastic to deal with and he made every effort in resolving the matter. Well done. Excellent place to get painting products. Even if you have to pay a little more, it's with it - for the service.

I never do reviews however I don't want the best customer service unrecognized. We bought 2 huge buckets of paint from a different location that was incorrect colour. The location we bought from was not willing to make it darker. Although this location was willing to help. They educated us why they can't make it exactly the colour we would hope to have. So they did their best to try and get it darker. It was not close to what we wanted. IT WAS BETTER THEN THE COLOUR WE WANTED! Thank you to this location saving our paint and the look of the house. We bought a 3rd big bucket of the same colour.
