As a 82 year young senior, I took a fall on my concrete patio yesterday. Nothing appears broken but was left with severe hip and shoulder pain making any movement very difficult. Solution was a walker and now. Searched the internet for immediate supply at a reasonable cost and was attracted to The Medical Supply Store. Mohammad made it easy for my Grandson to pick up the walker as i’m currently unable to travel. The equipment is great. Thank you for the special service.

My husband got hurt at work and needed an air boot. I called 5 minutes before the store closes. The person on the phone heard the urgency in my voice and said “we close in 5 minutes but I will wait for you, just come”. It took me about 30 minutes to get to the store with my husband. The store clerk was not even upset that it had taken us longer than he thought. He was very gentle with my husband. He assisted my husband with compassion and treated him like a human being. Very respectful. I will definitely recommend their services.

I needed supplies at short notice on a weekend and this was one of the only places that was open on Sunday. Friendly and helpful service, he even helped me carry things to my car. I will definitely shop here again.

Great customer service, very quick to answer my questions on the store app. He explained everything for me to make a decision. I went to the store and ordered my oxygen concentrator, it came in early which was a bonus and he was very helpful and patient again in answering my questions, got everything put together so I could put it on my shoulder and carry it out with my oxygen tank. This was so helpful as I wasn’t sure how I was going to get the box it came in plus my existing oxygen back to my apartment. Thank you for help knowledge and patience. Will definitely come see you again if I need anything.

Absolutely brilliant service from a local business! I broke my ankle and needed a device to get me around as I am unable to walk for 6-8 weeks. The store was open on Sunday until 4pm (many other medical supply stores are not open on Sunday) and I was able to explore a range of options. The person in the store assembled an iwalk device, made many adjustments to make sure I had a perfect fit and allowed me to try it out around the store before making the final purchase! Absolutely wonderful service and support from one of the best local businesses….I would highly recommend…they are amazing!Thank you again!

We spoke with Moe late Thursday afternoon and the new G5 model was on our doorstep Friday am. Moe provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable about portable oxygen concentrator POC’s. Love the new POC unit compact easy to carry works great! Thank you!
