Had them fix a house window,no biggie I thought. I found out,no one cuts window glass anymore. Weird. Had to order a glass. Cost 50 bucks! Wow! To me,that's plenty!

Asked someone on the phone if they had a specific galvanized bolt was told yes they have it, drove for an hour and a half to get there and find out they only had stainless steel waste of time!!!
