I’m heart broken. My gecko died three days after the exotics specialist at Downtown vet assured me she was in good health. I know my animals and I knew something didn’t feel right but the vet assured me she just needed some minor changes in her care requirements… I have 10 other geckos geckos under my care who are all in perfect health. I paid a $145 exam fee for nothing and was refused a refund when I called to tell the clinic of her passing. Will not be returning here unfortunately. I’m sure they are great for cats and dogs but not for exotics.

OBSESSED. I absolutely love everyone there! They all treat you and your pet with such respect and kindness! I was so scared for my cat's dental surgery but everyone was so nice and reassuring I felt so at ease leaving him in their care. They notified me the moment his surgery was done and let me know how he was doing! I've never felt more at home with a vet clinic.

They were thoughtful enough to squeeze me in for my sick cat. They were thorough with examinations. Dr. Kate and the staff are great! They are very patient with the pets and with the pet parents who always have so much to say.

The staff are always so nice and friendly. They take care of my baby so throughly. The prices aren't insanely expensive either. Highly recommend

Dr. Tom was filling in for Dr. Kate on Rudy's last visit, and it went so well! Rudy didn't object to his presence in any way, which was awesome. Best vet visit ever!

I had to say goodbye to my best friend Loki yesterday. The staff at the clinic has been wonderful all throughout his illness but I especially want to thank the woman who helped us yesterday whos name I did not catch. Your kindness and compassion made a difference during a terrible time and we will always be grateful to you.

What a great help from Dr. Kate! She had lots of insights and knowledge of guinea pigs and what to do with our current situation. She definitely took the time to discuss and make the practical medical treatments clear.Excellent value for what you pay and excellent service for your pets. They helped alleviate some nagging concerns and were very thorough.

Lovely people here! I took my puppy here for many different reasons they were all very sweet to her. 100% would recommend, they are handling covid in a really helpful way too!
